1. Services

Ryan's Carpet Cleaning provides residential and commercial carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, and related services in Spokane, WA and surrounding areas. The specific scope of services for each appointment will be agreed upon prior to work commencing.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointments may be booked online through our scheduling system or by phone.
  • An appointment is confirmed once you receive a written or email confirmation.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is provided as an estimate prior to service. Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual conditions (e.g., room size, level of soiling, additional treatments required).
  • Any adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
  • We accept cash, check, and common electronic payment methods. Accepted payment types will be confirmed at time of booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure we can perform the best possible service, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the scope and condition of areas to be cleaned when booking.
  • Ensure a clear path to all areas to be cleaned prior to our arrival.
  • Remove small, fragile, or irreplaceable items from areas to be cleaned.
  • Disclose any existing carpet damage, stains, or conditions prior to service.
  • Provide access to a water source and electrical outlet as needed.

6. Pre-Existing Conditions

Ryan's Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for conditions that exist prior to our service, including but not limited to: pre-existing stains that cannot be removed, carpet damage, delamination, color fading, or fiber damage. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any pre-existing conditions before beginning work.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours of service so we can address your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any areas that did not meet your expectations at no additional charge.

Our liability is limited to re-performing the specific service in question and does not extend beyond the amount paid for that service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ryan's Carpet Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or use of our website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Website Use

The content on ryanscarpetcleaningwa.com is provided for general informational purposes. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information. Use of the website is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
